I got a 2012 Pilot for my wife last July and the experience and price was so great that i went back and got the 2013 Accord Sport for me. Again, i got the car at a great price and the service was excellent. Big thanks to Hamlet Liriano for all his help and patience with me, i know i was a tough client.

Everyone in the dealership was very welcoming and warm. They show that they love their job and want to help every person that comes in through their doors.

Hamlet was extremely courteous, easy to talk to and willing to work with me from the beginning. He is definitely a very good listener and I felt at ease talking to him about my possible purchase. John Medrano was the person who helped me with the process of leasing my first car. To be honest i did hesitate about getting a new car due to previews dealer experiences, but when i got to DCH Paramus Honda Mr. John Medrano gave me the confidence i needed it to feel 100% sure about getting my vehicle. Mr. Medrano always offered me what i was looking for and what i could afford he never focus on just getting a deal.

We leased a Honda Accord 2013 on 1/2/13. Our experience was very pleasing and we were impressed by the way John Medrano made sure that the whole process went smoothly for us. He seemed to love his job, and went out of the way to help with all the questions that we had. He also waited after his office hours to make sure that we understood the bluetooth & the other features before we drove off with our new car. I met Kadir thru a friend and I was very impressed with level of service I received. I strongly recommend DCH Honda and Kadir. Being in service industry myself I know how important customer service is. And I can easily say it was an outstanding experience.

I have worked with Kadir Karagoz on three ocassions, twice this year. In every instance, Kadir was polite, courteous and very professional. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions quickly. I have always felt that Kadir was fair and honest in our transactions. I recently purchased my second car from DCH Honda and I really give these guys credit for actually getting me to make up my mind. It was my first time financing a car and I wasn't too sure it was the right choice. I went to another Honda dealer that tried to convince me to lease even after I said I didn't want to. Kelvin (sales) went above and beyond to find the car that met my style and budget. Jeff (finance) also made me feel comfortable as I "signed my life away." On 12/26/12 we purchased a Honda Accord Coupe from Aron Varela and it was an excellent experience. Our expectations were actually exceeded. Aron worked hard to ensure that we got the car we wanted and he worked even harder to get the best possible financing terms for us and a really fair deal. He was detailed in explaining everything about the car and the lease terms to ensure we understood and were completely satisfied before we agreed. There was no pressure and overall everyone worked efficiently and were all super friendly, which made this an absolutely wonderful buying experience.
