DCH Paramus Honda

Jose Hernandez and the whole staff a DCH was friendly, courteous and informative. It is no wonder the customer service at DCH is rated #1. Mr. Hernandez was very knowledgable about the Honda product. He patiently explained every aspect of the cars and my lease options.

It was OK .Finding a sales person took some time and deal was made quickly and i paid the down payment and finished paper work fine BUT later on in the finance area waited about 2 hours for a straight forward lease and explanation was that too many customers and i almost called off the deal.

I first lease my car in 2007 with DCH and decided to return there when my lease was up. I worked with John Medrano at DCH Paramus and he was able to locate the car that I wanted even though they didn't have it onsite. Overall it was a good experience and I got a good deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was greatly impressed with how hard our sales person worked to please everyone in my family. He was patient and kind with everyone. There was some confusion on my wife's part and our sales person worked hard to make all of the information clear to her. He was also thorough in his explanation of the use of the car to my son who will be using it.

Jerrod was very helpful. He answered all of our questions with professionalism and knowledge. He did not pressure us at all and allowed us ample time to discuss the big decision we were facing. When we were unsure of the color vehicle we wanted to purchase, he graciously agreed to walk us around the lot to see the colors on actual vehicles. We had decided on Honda CR-V. Having made up our mind, we went first to Mahwah where we did not get any or much attention. We took test drive and decided to purchase but the sales person and or the manager were not cooperative. Buy at our rate and or hit the road. We did hit the road and came to Paramus Honda at about 7.00 pm where the atmosphere and dealing was conduce and Mr Gareth and Mr. Patel worked with us and we hit the bid and bought the car and took delivery the next day. We don't know we had a kind of hesitancy first to come to you, but now we are ready to recommend anyone to Gareth. High fives to Gareth.

From the time I walked in the door I found everyone, including the receptionist and the entire staff to be friendly and eager to accommodate without being overly solicitous. While the dealership was incredibly busy each person took their time with me and made me feel "special." Having worked with a different Honda dealership in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesies extended to me. I most certainly would recommend this dealership to others.
