As usual the Echelon experience was both pleasant and professional. Price is always on point and my sales guy Kyle was professional and knowledgeable. I've bought several vehicles here over the years and the experience is always a good one. Sales service and parts help is always exceptional.

Awesome Customer Service
My lease was ending and I was shopping around for a new car. I started the process Michael on the online chat. He was great with getting me all the info I requested and found the car I was looking for and worked up some initial numbers for me. Later I went in person and spoke with Dave to start the paperwork process he was the best at going over all questions I had and helped find me the best deal. Joe came out and explained the whole lease process and worked up the payment and terms for me. All around it was a great and painless experience. I will definitely be back at the end of this new lease on my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT.

Great Customer Service!
I went to Echelon Ford to check out a Mustang 5.0 that I had seen online. The sales associate (Angela) quickly greeted me and my wife once we stepped out of our car. The vehicle I was looking for had been sold but Angela showed me another (even nicer) vehicle that I ended up purchasing. I am very happy with my purchase and really appreciate the friendly customer service from the entire staff. Thank you Angela and Echelon Ford!!!
