I've had plenty of bad experiences at other dealerships but Russ and Dave made the entire buying experience not only pain free, but a pleasure. Absolutely no pressure, honest, and up front about every detail from the time I walked in the door to the time I left with my new (to me) car. I'll never shop at another dealership again.

What a great experience my wife and I had at Echelon Ford. We were looking for a Ford F150 and low and behold we walked into Echelon Ford in Stratford, NJ and it was a no pressure environment. We were greeted by a very well dressed gentleman Rich Elkins, the sales manager who introduced us to Derek Zimmerman. We were blown away by this Derek's knowledge and experience. Derek took us out to the back lot, knew just about everything for every F150 that we looked at from the tires and sizes and all the options. Very knowledgeable. He was also very knowledgeable about leasing. Very impressed. Wished we have come here sooner!
