Everyone was friendly & although they r under construction we were guide directly to Big Al. The 2 model cars were parked next to each and he asked us to if either one was to our likes. We ended up trading in our beautiful car For a sports car. They made it easy n simple, we were pre- approved from own bank but with our permission they offered to search for another financial company and found us a whole 1.3% percent lower interest rate saving us a some $$$$. RJ Cooper made everything simple and easy from start to finish. Never thought a long distance purchase could be done so efficiently.
