Great service. I peaked into the shop and it's incredibly clean and well organized. Cadillac is definitely stepping up to the plate. I love the XTS and the treatment provided by this dealer.

Great Service Experience
I switched to this dealer a couple of years ago to service my 2008 SRX and have been very impressed. Michael Anagnos is always professional, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I have had to be there several times recently to get my car serviced, then replace a faulty part, and then replace a light. He turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a pleasant situation. And I appreciate the waiting area - comfortable, with Wifi so I can work, and coffee. Thank you!

Michael Anagnos Service Manager
I called the dealer at 11:00 a.m. and spoke with Mike the Service Manager. I told him my wiper fluid was not working. I also explained it was difficult for me to come in due to my work schedule. He said can you bring it right now. I was SHOCKED and said I could. I told him I had a presentation at 2:00. He stated he would get me in and out in 30 minutes. I arrived at the dealer at 11:30 and they not only fixed my washer fluid but washed my car. I was back in my office by 1:00. Your level of customer service continues to amaze me.

Great response and service
Brought my car in for service received a great loaner waiting for me. Picked up my car a few days later everything works fine. Wife is happy again with my car.

great dealership
I brought my car in for an inspection sticker. I mentioned that The car had a rattle in the rear end. It turned out the car was rattling in the front end because of a strut problem. Of course my warranty had recently expired. The service called Cadillac main office and was able to cover the costs of my repair with just a small deductible. This was much appreciated.

What we all need more of..........
Most people have heard of all the recalls GM and other car companies have. What most of them don't know is that when it happens and you go to Herb Chambers for the repair its only moments before your on your way. They also don't know is that Herb Chambers hires people like Michael Anagnos, who works in one of the newest Chambers dealerships in Lynnfield, whom without his personal touch this would be a pain, where we all know where that is....

Service at Herb Chambers - Cadillac
Under usual conditions, having to have a car serviced (the wait, early hours, etc.) is tedious. At the Herb Chambers Cadillac - Lynnfield, visiting the service department is a pleasure when dealing with Manager, Mike and Paul. They are both pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. I trust them, and I would be most unhappy to go elsewhere. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from Herb Chambers and have consistently had both of my cars serviced there as well. In the many years of doing so, I have never had a single complaint. I thank Mike and Paul and Mr. Chambers.
