Excellence on all fronts!

I reserved my appointment to have the oil changed in my Escalade for a Saturday afternoon. After I was checked in, the service advisor checked in my vehicle and 5 minutes later came back to me and told me that the vehicle didn,t need the oil changed. Just to be clear this is my first Escalade. Well the advisor told me that the oil life was still at 63% and when the vehicle needed the oil changed, it would actually tell me! I have never known any Dealership to turn business away, not only that they washed the vehicle for me! Kudo's to the service advisor for doing the right thing, and thanks to the Team at Chambers Cadillac! Sincerely, Sal Sachetta

Herb Chamber's Cadillac Saves a Damsel in Distress

I accidently drove off without the transmitter for my 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I was stranded at the Square One Mall. I called OnStar and they could not help and referred me to Cadillac RoadSide Assistance. Cadillac RoadSide could not help me. I remembered that there was a brand new Cadillac Dealership on Route 1 in Lynnfield. I gave them a call hoping there was a universal transmitter that would start my car. Nope, transmitters work only with the car they a progammed to. The Service Manager told me to hold on and he would get someone to come to the Mall and pick me up and take me to pick to get the transmitter. Dick Dooling a Cadillac Salesman, picked me up right away and drove me home. He calmed me down and made me laugh telling me this has happened before. When I thanked him for going out of his way to help me he told me that's what they do. FYI, I did not buy my Cadillac Escalade from Herb Chambers. I highly recommend Herb Chamber's Cadillac for their customer service. I was so overwhelmed with the Service Manager's kindness and willingness to help me when I was stranded. I want thank the salesman Dick Dooling for saving a "damsel in distress"

A TRUE Cadillac experience!

I loved my 2012 CTS and wanted a new 2014. I new exactly what I wanted.....and what I didn't want. I did not want pressure or constant phone calls from sales people. I researched online and wanted only email discussions as I zeroed in on my target price (and trade). I was working with 5 dealerships and only Andrea was able to keep up with my requests and RESPECT that I did not want to get any calls. Beyond that, she got me to the exact number that I needed to make the deal work. No BS. Her almost immediate responses, every time set her apart from all of the others (and I made her work!). When I drove the 45 minutes from NH to see the car and complete the deal, she met me and seamlessly helped me transition to Ted for the wrap up. Ted continued to respect my time and got me through the paper quickly. Frank handled my nitpicking on the value of the tradein like a champ and got me across the finish line. Stephanie brought me through the financing and business details......even sending me off with a foolproof note reminding me of my final to do list. When I came back to pick up my new car, this same group made it as comfortable, quick, and thorough as I hoped it would be. Seriously, this was easy and expertly executed by this team!
