Excellent overall experience

Very good customer service. Great coffee. Muffins, coffee rolls, etc. Car was washed and vacuumed.

Great experience!!!

I wanted to share my experience at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield. I had been looking for a preowned SUV for quite some time. I told my Salesperson, Ted Bouchard, what I was looking for in a used SUV. Ted called me and told me he found me the perfect SUV. My entire experience from the test drive of the GMC Yukon to the purchase of my SUV was great! The entire Herb Chamber’s dealership staff was great! Frank, Jon, and Sal were awesome! Stephanie in financing was extremely helpful. My past experience buying a car had been less than pleasant. Ted Bouchard and the entire team at Cadillac in Lynnfield not only found the right car for me, but made the entire experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend my salesperson, Ted Bouchard, and the entire dealership team at Herb Chambers Cadillac if you are in the market to purchase a car or SUV.

Very good service.
