worst dealership

Brought my 2006 cts in for service. Waited 10 minutes to be seen because they was too busy talking while i was standing there. Very rude. All i wanted was a oil change and to be out quick. Took my keys signed some paperwork was told 2 hours. Which is unreal! But im already here so i went on with the service. Within 35 minutes my car was done! Why tell someone 2 hours if you have it done alot less then that. Signed my paperwork and left. Will not ever go back here. Ill take my business somewere else.

Paul saves the day.!

Brought my Buick Lacrosse into Herb Chambers Cadillac because I was having a problem with the steering. I was afraid they might not look at because it wasn't a Cadillac but there wasn't a Buick dealer nearby and I was concerned that I might cause more damage if I drove any further. Paul said no problem and took me right in. He provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my day. Paul called me when it was ready told me it was all covered by my warranty. I was able to swing in on my way home and was back on the road again. Best service I have ever experienced. It was like my day was never interrupted. I know where I plan on going whenever I need service. Thank you Paul.

Out of town emergency service

We are from upstate New York and were at the HOUSE OF SEVEN GABLES as part of a wedding party. Went to start the car and would not start. Had the car towed to Herb Chambers Cadillac at around 8:30 pm Friday night by Fleming Towing. Called Saturday about 8:30 am and Mike Anagnos already had the trouble identified and was on the track of a replacement part, not regularly stocked. Mike found the part and had the car up and running before the end of the day. The wedding was 5 pm Saturday so Mike had the car washed and cleaned and ready for our pick up on Sunday morning and we headed for home. We are deeply appreciative of the way beyond extra effort that Mike went to on our behalf and certainly recommend Herb Chambers and Mike Anagnos to all.

Great place to find what I need

I've been trying to get my 93 Deville fixed for 3 months and Scott Brescia in the parts dept was the only guy I spoke to who really knew what I was talking about. Thanks Scott I really do appreciate all your help. It was great. Thank you.

1st time - 2014 CTS serviced at Herb Chambers Cadillac

I was very satisified with the service I received at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield. They were able to replace a tire that had been damaged by a spike and while there they were able to update my vehicle by completing 3 recalls service items. Michael Anagnos kept me informed of how long the repairs we going to take and the vehicle was washed and interior vacummed when the vehicle was returned to me. Very professional operation that I would recommend to anyone owning a Cadillac.

Personnel and service are the best!

Finally needed an oil change for my new ATS Turbo and it was handled quickly and efficiently by the service team. The waiting are takes care of all my needs, magazines, newspapers, coffee and pastries. Don't forget that ice cream chest as well. A car wash and two bottles of water to send you on your way. A very enjoyable experience that will keep me coming back long past my 4 year maintenance warranty..
