I bought my 08 nitro from them. I had it 2 weeks and a wheel bearing went bad so we had our mechanic look at it and they told us to take it up to them. We took it up the second week of having it for an easy fix. The weather got bad so they couldn't work on it. Its been almost 4 weeks and we have yet to pick it back up. This coming up Tuesday will be 4 weeks without our Nitro. I'm not very pleased with them. We will NEVER buy from them again. They not only are taking forever to fix a wheel bearing but they refuse to call us back. We ALWAYS have to call them to find out what's going on. I called them this past Wednesday they said it will be done Thursday called Thursday they said Friday I have called numerous times today and it still isn't ready to be picked up. They are now telling me it will be ready tomorrow. I highly doubt it. I'm to the point right now where I would like to call a lawyer and sue them for the lemon law and also bring up the fact that its been almost 4 weeks! they refuse to let my mechanic fix it. they said if he fixes it then we have to pay for it. This shouldn't be our responsibility it should've been fixed before we bought it! I've been told multiple times to go at them with the lemon law. that's my next step. they had to send it up to their Lansing branch to have it fixed. so now it sits up there! I live 2 1/2 hours away from Lansing and 45 mins from Kalamazoo. This place is a joke! don't ever go here!!!!!
