They're usually pretty good in the service dept. This visit was for trivial things. Unfortunately one of the problems still exists: the hood release cable still comes loose every time I pop the hood.

stopped by to take care of flat tire.

Great job, had a flat tire and was taken care of very fast. I had no previous appointment and just brought the car with small spear tire.

Just came in with a minor tire pressure issue. The staff quickly addressed the problem, diagnosed the problem (on video for you to view), and fixed the problem at no charge. I waited maybe altogether 30 minutes in the comfort of their waiting room. They are great at Nelson Mazda!

Great Communication!

Great communication with the service department via text and video updates where the technician visually showed and explained where a repair was needed. My repair required a part that had to be ordered so was provided with a loaner car, which allowed me to continue on with my day while my car was awaiting a repair.
