Horrible customer service!!!

Purchased a used car back on 2/12/2015. Paid cash for the car the transaction was pretty smooth. Fast forward to today, we are STILL waiting for the tag paperwork to be processed. We have called for weeks trying to get this resolved. Kenny the sales person was absolutely zero help and proved that this ONLY interest was taking our money. When I called and asked for the general manager I was told they couldn't give out that information. Apparently the only person that can process the tag paperwork, Jessica, isn't doing her part. I am disgusted with the lack of service and the egregious way the dealership dealt with the situation. I would NOT recommend this dealership to my enemy nor will I ever do business with them again. A complete and utter disappointment. It wasn't until I got irate after making 11 phone calls in one day that I finally go a manager on the telephone. We are still waiting for a tag!!!

Great experience

My experience with ALM was very nice. Brandon Cain assisted me to find my car. He was such a huge help and very patient with me to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend using this dealership!

Amazing Service

Our experience at ALM was wonderful. The staff was helpful, attentive, and answered all questions. We worked with Jordan and she was fantastic and very personable. Never once did we feel that we were being pressured, but more that our best interest was at heart- something rare for a car dealership!

Brandon was great! He got us in and out the door in a couple hours. He answered all my questions and made sure my new car was in perfect working order!

Trustworthy

Jordan and the team did an outstanding job. Very courteous and friendly, helpful. No high pressure. They had the guys buff and even repaint some bad spots in the paint. The car looks great even the paint matched! Highly recommend ALM and Jordan!

Great Service

I found my car on ALM website. My Car looked exactly as it did when I saw it online. I purchased my car from Curtis Carpenter (salesman) . Great friendly service from the whole entire staff. I purchased my vehicle and I love it.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE, WIll not return calls.

I purchased a car on 1/26/15, and am still battling to get what was advertised. The car was advertised as great condition with navigation, DVD, etc, but I was mislead. I drove 2 hours to buy said car, and had the engine light appear on my way home. Then, the next morning the tire pressure light came on. I called and spoke with Courtney and with Matt. I had to make another trip to get the car fixed. I had put air in the tire only to have to put air in it again. I took the car to a local garage. I was told the wheel was cracked and had been that way for a long time. I was told It could be welded. I got approval from Matt to have it welded at a local shop. Matt said they would send me a check to pay the man. The weld held about a week. I paid the $75 and still haven't received the check. I am still putting air in the tire two months later. Matt said I needed to make another trip to have the wheel fixed. When I got to the dealership I was told it needed to be replaced, so it was a wasted trip. Weeks later I was told that a wheel was being ordered and sent to me. I haven't received it. I was also told the DVD player worked, when I got home and put a DVD in it did not work. Matt arranged for it to be fixed locally, and it was. I am very pleased with the service I received regarding the DVD. Also, when I purchased the car I was given a "we owe" for the navigation disk, and was told it would be mail to me within a few weeks. Two months later, still no disk which means no navigation. I have called and left multiple messages, I don't know if the messages have been given, but I have rarely received calls back. Yesterday (1/25/15) I left two messages for Courtney but never received a call back. I am fed up with the situation and feel like I am being told with sounds good at the time to shut me up for a few days, I don't know if the navigation disk or wheel will ever be fixed. I have a one year old that I don't feel safe putting in the car, I know its not safe to put air in a tire 2-3 times a day. I worry we will wreck while driving. If I had known what I was going to go thru I would have never purchased this car. This was my first time buying from a dealership, I will say I have learned my lesson.

Going the extra Yard

we were looking at a Mercedes C Class spoke with Tim Wright he was confident he could help us went for a test drive and liked the car very much Tim took good care of us and went out of the way doing the smalls things that makes you remember what great consumer service is. i would recommend this dealership and Tim Wright as a person to call and go see on your car purchase you will be happy

Wonderful experience working with Tim Wright!!!!!

Timothy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. This has been the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience that we have had. We will be coming back for our next car purchase in the future.
