Very happy with service provider!

I was given an appointment and was taken care of right away.I would be please to recommend anyone to the dealer as well as the service department.

Excellent deal

Best deal ever!!!! Highly professional place. The best part is that noone is pushing you to purchase the car. Mr.Peyton Rowe was offering and explaining in details all I needed to hear. Also, I couldn't come to buy a car on working chedule hours and the manager agreed to stay very late just for me. Very nice and professional gentlemen. His manners of talking were very highly presentable. I loved this place and of course would like to say my compliments to all people that work there. Thank you. It was honor to meet you all and wish you all the best.

FInal repair

I took a car with the SAME problem to a different dealer 5 or 6 times. No effect. Bklyn Acura did it and it runs well, finally.

Avoid if you can.

This is the 3rd time I visited this dealership. I will never visit them again. I must call out that Richard was fair and reasonable. He is not the issue. Jonathan was amazing. In contrast to the entire bad experience I had, I must call out that Jonathan was beyond helpful and an example of excellent customer service. He went out of his way to help me and resolve my issues.

Oil change

I was not satisfied with my visit. I had an appointment for 9 am. I was told that it would take about an hour, which is reasonable for an oil change. The oil change took 2 1/2 hours and that was because I started to complain. I saw the technition drive my car to his work station and start to work on it at about 11 am. The prices were increased for full synthetic to 99.95, which was upsetting as well.

acura severe

the severe department is excellent they picked up my acura brought it back till the operator got me to the right person was taking a little long richard is very nice person

Fast and reliable service as always

Cherise was very prompt in taking my vehicle and allowing me to go on with my day. I dropped off my car for an oil change and was able to pick it up fast. They even gave my car a much needed car wash. Oil change was cheap and fast, and a painless process.

Sheena Antoine is outstanding!

I have always had Acuras and used the Manhattan dealership until it closed. My initial experience in 2014 was mediocre. However I just traded in my RDX for 2018 lease this weekend and it was an outstanding experience. That is all down to Sheena Antoine. She was outstanding: professional, capable, courteous, responsive and friendly. I was very impressed by her and highly recommend working with her to get a new car. She graciously accommodated our tight schedule and managed everything beautifully.

It's not a Certified Pre Owned after all?

Run Away! Internet price on a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Acura MDX was $33,812. No problem, it's the vehicle I want. But wait... there is a $1495 certification fee on top of the $995 documentation fee. Why would you advertise it as Certified if it is not? If you want to sell it for $1500 more, make the price $1500 more. What kind of a fool would I be for falling for the 'good ole bait-and-switch'. Don't say you weren't warned.

Great service

Fast and professional service. No nonsense approach to repairing your car. You have to come to plaza Acura if you want it done right the first time!!
