Oil change
Scheduled an appointment on Saturday 5/13 and waiter 20 minutes before a service rep greeted me with an opening line of we are really busy today and suggested for me to come back in 2 hours and MAYBE she can check me in then. Asked her why do I need to schedule an appointment in advance if I can't have the car serviced at the scheduled time and she told me an appointment means I can have the car service today, REALLY??? She went on to ask the manager and he pretty much said the same thing and ask me if I can call back in 2 hours to check the availability. Totoally unacceptable customer service and I am a first time customer. Won't go back there again. Great way to lose a customer!! Unreal!!!

Dont Trust This Dealership,Bad Costumer Service
I was there for a trading, first the car not was there and then the car appears on service departments then we do all the paper work and Bryan says we call you and three days if the bank approved you or nop and its pass like 4 week i call him, i call the dealer and i dont have any response of them, the only thing they do is damage you credit , Don't Trust This Dealer stay Away

Service
Went in to have my MDX service. Process was very pleasant. The appointment process was very convenient. When i dropped off my vehicle the service rep was very friendly. One thing i wasn't pleased with is previous time i would get a free car wash bjt this time i disnt get the wash. Don't know if the last time was just a friendly favkr or id its policy.

So bad experience
I sent my Acura MDX 2014 on April 19th am. to Acura MDX Brooklyn service department to fix my car because all the warning lights are on in my dashboard, they told me it's a transmission problem, so after they fixed and I paid the money and leave , just one hour later ,the same problem happen again! I sent it back to them , now this time they said it's a engine problem.. the merchanic is so impatient and say that's my fault because I didn't change the air filter and good mantainness and causes the engine problem, that is so ridiculous,I owned 1 car before and I have the common sense, air filter and break paddle it will not cause the engine problem, I told the mercanic maybe it's a system problem, he say no , it's a engine problem I have to wait, so I wait overnight until tomorrow 11am, it's already past one day , now the mercanic say it,s a system problem, I have to wait , what you mean? I already told him it's a system problem , u spent one day to tell me it's a system problem and still need a long time to fix it? I tell him I am living on this car because I work on it , I making money on it , you gotten tell me how long , one day one week or one month, so I can make plan B to go on to live, the mercanic name Joigi said he don't know he can't not tell me and just complain him he don't care

Good Service Exprience
I was met by the advisor within 10 minutes of my appointment. Was told that due to the volume of work that my wait time would be approximately 2-2.5 hours. The recommended work was completed and I had my car back in less that 1.5 hours. The advisor was pleasant and professional.

Inspection and routine maintenance
Richard was the technical account manager and was a pleasure to work with. He gave me regular updates to the work being done on my MDX. (Coolant and differential changes.) Picked up my washed vehicle and all with a smile. He was genuinely interested in delivering a great customer experience. A replacement part was needed for my running board. He stated he would contact me as soon it was delivered to set up an installation time.
