Great Customer Service

Paula has been very friendly and helpful in letting me know what I need to service and pricing. She is very organized and prompt with letting me know when the service parts were in.

Great service and assistance

Paula arranged to fix all problems with my car, used warranty when possible and was a pleasure to talk with. The mechanic explained in detail what he did and why.

Transmission mount

My Tl needed a new transmission mount so i brought the car to the dealer. They encountered a defective part and had to hold my car until the part came in. To make the customer service the best they gave a me a loaner car. I appreciated it very much.

Great service

This place offers good service and the fact that they provide a shuttle service for clients when you don't want to sit in a chair for hours when your car is being worked on is really great. Most of the employees were nice to great. But it seems some people like those that accepts payments after the work seem to be overworked. He didn't do anything wrong but he seemed like he didn't care for the job and was just going thru the motions. While I was doing my payment and someone was asking him a question it seemed like I disappeared into thin air. he started talking to the person about something that didn't seem important while we were in the middle of my transaction. So I was just standing there while they finished their conversation without as much as an 'excuse me sir, I will be just a minute'. I've been waiting for my car for 5hours already and I have an hour drive to my house so why don't we finish my transaction so I can go and you can continue your conversation for however long you want? I don't appreciate standing for 5-10mins waiting for you to finish whatever it is your talking about when I know for sure that's not company business you are talking about. Aside from that how about we limit the number of people who can make an appointment at a certain time? everyone cant come for the same 8am appointment. walk-ins shouldn't be allowed the same time at those who made appointments. Just because they got there earlier than a person with an appointment doesn't mean they should be taken first. which makes the person with the appointment wait longer for their car to be fix. If it comes to it lets just get rid of appointments and let it be first come first serve. People in the service area were totally awesome and whatever negative points I made were just positive critique. I hope management looks at this issue. There's a reason I don't go to acura dealerships closer to me.

Maintenance visit

Went for maintenance and then they told me i needed additional maintenance that i was not expecting but good overall service. I always go to Acura of Brooklyn since i trust them.

Service experience

Paula, who was my handler in service was attentive and very helpful. She contacted me promptly to keep me informed and coordinate convenient pickup. However, the wait for the car to be delivered from the lot was excessive, about 40 minutes. I would suggest more help to deliver cars from the holding lot at congested times of pickup.

Oil Change

I don't believe that everything was done during my service as promised. I was supposed to get tires rotated which doesn't look like it was done. Air and cabin filters change is way overpriced.

Friendly and helpful

Very professional and answered all my concerns and explained fully what was done to my vehicle. Very professional and courteous' and Richard was very helpful

Excellent Service

The female lady who initially greeted me was friendly and informative. They did the repairs within the expected time, even faster than I thought it would take. I've been to Acura Services for my previously leased Cars and will most likely continue to use Acura Services in the future. Thanks, Rosalyne

Nice ppl...bad service

Very nice ppl but it takes entirely too long to get an oil change. After making an appointment, it consistently take 5hrs to do a routine service. Maybe there are too many employees with clip boards and not enough with tools? I'm not sure but I just know that I'm dissatisfied.
