Disappointing Service

Brought my 2013 rdx in for routine oil change service today. After more than 2 hours, and after twice checking with adviser, I learned that nothing had been done for my car. I was initially told that two people were ahead of me and at another, that work on my car should be nearly done. That was obviously not the case as we both learned after over two hours. I was not charged for oil change and left without any paperwork. I regret that I did not get the adviser's name.

Wow first in first out.

Mr cuevas was excellent at getting me and my car in and out as quickly as possible. And kept me up to date on the status of my car.

Finally satisfied with a dealership

Very professional, insightful and patient. I've recommended this dealership to my coworkers and when my son is ready he'll come here first. Happy with my decision. #Acura

Amazing experience

Peyton was so helpful to my daughter and I on buying a Acura tlx, I was skeptical about buying a car kind of out of my price range but Peyton assured me it was worth the buy.. he has great customer service skills and I'd surely refer him to anyone!!!

Service is done but 3 hours for oil change is a bit insane

Service is done but 3 hours for a simple oil change is a bit insane, plus Taking car out when it's done toom me another 20 minutes

Extreme waiting time for service

Customer service sucks. No replys ever. Sales only wants money and then you dont exist. Last time I took my car in for a recall, I had to wait 5 hours to get car back and was told no recall needed on my car. Everytime I go in for service they have different Mgr and service reps.

Oil changed & filter

the worst experience that I've ever had in this dealership. I came in today for oil changed and MPI services. First, when I drove my car in the service department, none of the employees gonna taken care of me; everybody acted like didn't see me here. five minutes later, I couldn't wait like this and I stepped up to the person who was chilling with others. He called the lady to take care of me, she is the service advisor there. And she just pretended didn't hear anything and continued to do her stuffs. Five more minutes gone, finally, that man who was chilling there picked up the work sheet and take care of my car. BTW, it was 10:45 AM at that time. The service didn't completed until 2:20PM but they said this service should be done within 2 hours. I asked when it will be done at 1:15PM, they said 10 minutes. I asked again at 1:45PM, they said 10 more minutes. I asked again at 2:10PM and the lady was enjoying her lunch and started to print-out my paperwork because I asked third times already. The customer waiting room is like 3-4 people during my stay. I don't know why it takes so long just for the oil change? Oh, i forgot one thing, they didn't do MPI service for my car, and they didn't repaired my left tire pressure concerned. so, 3 and half hours and just do one thing---OIL CHANGED. AVOID this service department at all COST!!

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff

I came in because my check engine light was on, along with a check VSA light on. Cruise control was also not working. Cherise was helpful and friendly from the start. She was very knowledgeable of my TSX and checking my car in was a breeze. The work done was outstanding, and all my problems were fixed. Will definitely be back again, maybe even for my next Acura :-)

Always polite and good service

Just wish the oil change wouldn't take over hour and a half. I love my Acura and people that work in service just need to get faster

I bought 2018 Acura TLX !!!!!

I am still THRILLED with my purchase !!!!!! & I have already recommended several people to go check out Dealer. They were able to answer all our questions regarding all the models we looked at !!
