The service department is very poor, as other people have already mentioned in other reviews. Good luck speaking to anyone on the phone about a service-related issue! They don't answer their phone, and they don't bother to call you back. After several efforts to speak to someone there about a simple question I had and not receiving any replies, I am done with Jim Click Kia. Extremely frustrating after buying a new car from them in February of 2023.

Dear Kia, your service department needs improving.

Dear Kia, your service department needs improving. It takes months in advance to schedule an appointment and guess what your mileage will be. You are all way too stressed out and rude. An oil change should not take more than 1 hour! This is terrible customer service.

I would over and over recommend doing business here. Caleb, Jesse, and Ryan were all extremely pleasant and informative during the process of buying our new Kia Seltos. From the day we walked in, not a single person pressured us or made us feel obligated in any way. Even though I was extremely nervous buying a new car they made me feel comfortable! They worked with us to earn our business from the start. Jesse explained every aspect of our new car so I understood how to operate the features! Ryan made the financing process seamless and really worked to get us the best rates! I have no regrets working with Jim Click Kia and will definitely be returning when we’re ready for an upgrade!

Incompetent, poor management, poor customer service,

Incompetent, poor management, poor customer service, unwillingness to make things right when they messed up a signed contract. General Manager is his name and shouldn’t be allowed to represent selling cars for Kia period! Jim Click should be aware of the incompetence of his employees. I will go spend my cash on another vehicle somewhere else for a car probably lower than MSRP or on a dealership who is willing to work on a deal and make a cash deal!

Ordered online and it came in early but I was out of state they held onto my car service was great and even my son and his wife were so impressed they bought a car too

SERVICE FOR LIFE?????

I PURCHASED A 2022 KIA SPORTAGE AND GOT THE MAINTENANCE FOR LIFE PACKAGE. FIRST SERVICE I TOLD THEM MY AIR PRESSURE LIGHT WAS GOING ON AND OFF. THEY SAID THEY CHECKED AND ROTATED TIRES AND AIR PRESSURE LIGHT WAS OFF. BEFORE MY SECOND SERVICE HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH MY AIR PRESSURE LIGHT GOING ON NOW SHOWING FRONT DRIVERS SIDE TIRE WHEN SCANNED AND I CALLED SERVICE TO SEE IF I COULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT. THE PERSON TOLD ME MY APPT. FOR MY NEXT SERVICE WASN'T FOR A MONTH BUT IF I WANTED TO COME IN EARLY THE FOLLOWING THURS. SOMEONE WOULD HAVE A LOOK AT IT. I ARRIVED THURS AT 7:40 A.M TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AND "VISUALLY LOOK AT THE TIRE" (?) MY HUSBAND DID THAT! THE SERVICE AGENT SAID NEXT APPT. AVAILABLE WAS THREE MONTHS AWAY AND THAT MY TIRES WEREN'T COVERED AND I SHOULD JUST KEEP PUTTING AIR UNTIL MY UPCOMING (THREE WEEKS) APPT FOR SERVICE FOR LIFE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WENT TO A MECHANIC AND HAD TO REPLACE THE TIRE (not risking driving with grandchild and tire popping). THREE DAYS BEFORE MY SECOND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE THE LOW PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN AND THIS TIME IT WAS THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE. I ARRIVED AT MY SCHEDULED APPT. SEPT 6TH, 1 P.M ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY HAD NO APPT. SCHEDULED FOR ME! I SHOWED HIM THE E-MAIL I RECEIVED TO REMIND ME OF THE APPT. HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID IT'S A GOOD THING I HAD THE E-MAIL AND THEY WOULD FIT ME IN! I MENTIONED TO HIM ABOUT THE REAR TIRE LOSING AIR AND COULD THEY PLEASE CHECK IT. 1 1/2 HR. LATER I LEFT THE SHOP AND MADE A QUICK STOP TO PICK MY GRANDSON UP. UPON STARTING THE CAR, THE LOW AIR PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN!!!! THEY ROTATED THE TIRES SO NOW IT WAS THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE WITH LOW AIR!!!!! OBVIOUSLY THEY DID NOT CHECK THE AIR PRESSURE. I GUESS SERVICE FOR LIFE MEANS ONE IS AT THE BACK OF THE LINE FOR "GOOD SERVICE". SO DISAPPOINTED.

Getting service done here is a very frustrating process

Getting service done here is a very frustrating process with no communication. I really wish the Kia dealership had a better process in place for making appointments and getting updates. I was given a phone number to text/call but have not received ANY response. I tried calling and texting the direct line given to me with absolutely no response and tried calling the main line with the same experience. If it weren't for the recalls we need fixed I would go anywhere else. I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience so far and I don't know when I will ever see my vehicle again.

Amazing Service!!

I service my car at JIM Click Kia on Wetmore and I'm beyond satisfied with their service. They provide transportation to your home back and forward while my car is being service. also Luis Nunez atg#3519 was very attentive and professional in providing me the information I needed to service my car.

Abdul will make it happen!!

Couple of days ago I went to Jim Click Kia just to take a look of the new Hybrid cars, I was assisted by a enthusiastic young sales men Abdul, he was very helpful and he went the extra mile answering all my questions, definitely I'll go back to him once (very soon) I'm ready for new vehicle, if you in the search for a new Kia vehicle contact Abdul, you wont regret!!
