Terrible service
I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue and oil change appointment. My service light was on for my routine maintenance and my vehicle has maintenance for life, Which is why I bought from Jimclick and not another location that was cheaper. We dropped it off while we were out of town because I could not be given a loaner and they said they would need time to diagnose the issue. My warranty repair needed parts so I was told to come get my car. No one mentioned the oil change so I called this location literally 8 times and all I got was a voicemail. My husband called and was even transferred for another department and had to leave a voicemail and no one called us back. I was half way there when someone finally answered the phone and I didn’t even get a how can I help you all I got was “service.” I tell her my issues and I get a rude “ok” then I was placed on hold for a manager with no return. And when I get there I find out my oil change was not done so i end up waiting an hour for my oil change to be done. I understand that everyone is busy at the wetmore location but your service department needs some major improvements. They don’t answer the phone for 1. And when they do they don’t even give you a pleasant greeting. Ive been in there twice now and each time I come into the building I either get ignored or I get this dull “be with you”. Now I handle car accidents for a living so I know first hand how hard it is to deal with the public and unreasonable demands but at the end of the day these people pay my salary so I need to be pleasant, helpful and empathetic even when I’m not feeling it or someone is rude to me. I spent thousand of dollars on this vehicle and this is considered the second biggest investment in someone’s life so to not receive even an inch of empathy is disappointing and unacceptable. I can say with confidence I’ll never buy a Kia again or recommend Jimclick Kia to any of my family members because of the customer service this location gives.

I've been servicing my Kia Niro plug-in hybrid with Jim Click Kia since I purchased it in 2020. I have always found the service outstanding -- they explain everything, took me seriously when I had trouble with my charger not releasing, helped resolve it and didn't charge me for that. The fees are reasonable, the waiting area very comfortable and clean, and I appreciate the offer of free Uber to go home if the wait will be lengthy. At my recent visit, I was impressed with Robert's professionalism and care. Often they are very busy and it may be hard to get a quick appointment due to so many wanting the service, but they've always been courteous and done their best to get me in soon. I have really appreciated the staff every time I've gone.

I originally gave a poor review regarding the communication with the service department. The manager dealt with my concerns quickly. I had my Kia towed in on Saturday because it was over heating. My car was fixed by Monday afternoon! The service reps provided great communication and explained the situation clearly. I'm very pleased with the service! The service manager reached out to me regarding my previous concerns. I really appreciate how everything was handled!

Dealing with the service department is a very frustrating
Dealing with the service department is a very frustrating experience. They won't answer the phone or return calls. I had to go there in person to make an appointment. I was met with attitude as if they were annoyed to have to schedule an appointment. I've been a Jim click customer for years.Not anymore. You couldn't give me a vehicle from these folks.

Horrible
Worst communication I've ever had to deal with. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I had to go into the service department and make an appointment. I was met with attitude. They seemed to be bothered by customers. I've been a customer for years. Not anymore.

Bought a '22 Kia Telluride and this was the experience. Few notes: - Dont trust online price, be sure to call. Vehicle was posted for 45, when I called it had a 6k mark up but when I got there it was actually 8500. - They were very amicable to dealing over the phone and email before I made the drive over there, however the 2500 tacked on at the end was upsetting. - They gave me a very aggressive trade value that essentially wiped out the tacked on fee which is what is giving them an extra star. - They would not sell me the vehicle without the dealer add ons (maintenance, desert protection, tint (which I had to go back for). I'm active duty military so I won't ever get to use them when I leave AZ soon, but they would not sell the vehicle without it (which may be illegal based on some lawsuits that I'm seeing in AZ). - even though you pay for the oil changes for life, there is a 6 week wait period for an appt. If you need one in a hurry, you will pay for it anyway. Overall I would not have purchased a vehicle had my wife not wanted a a telluride and they hadn't been so aggressive on trade in (and I give them kudos for that). Not a terrible experience, but not great either. Salesman was very kind and professional and would rate him 5 stars, but the dealership is 3 at best and I may be generous there.

My car was towed to Jim Click Kia Tucson on Monday.
My car was towed to Jim Click Kia Tucson on Monday. I have left several messages but no one returns my calls. It is now Saturday and No Response! I have no car or I would go there in person to see what’s going on. My Kia has 15k miles and I should at least have a rental by now! I am disgusted. Btw I have bought 4 Nissan here and brought all three of my kids here to buy their first car. Very disappointed.

Steve carefully guided me through sales process even though inventory was so low for Kia Soul model “S” that dealers had none on the lot. He kept in touch, but not overly, until this new car finally arrived. He & sales mgr Jason kept me informed, tried to give me best deal even when dealership’s price was still way over MSRP. Steve spent 2 hour sessions w/me to learn all the smart features after my purchase. I’m very satisfied & delighted with the Kia Soul S, just what I wanted!

Sorry I didn't check this before I took my car here for service. Every one of these reviews is spot on. Service is poor (e.g. they've "fixed" a strut twice and it's still a problem; they've left the car without a functioning wiper fluid sprayer despite specific requests to fix on two separate visits). But communication is worse - you'll call the service department, get sent to voice mail ... and never hear back. Heck, when I asked to speak with a manager to describe my concerns, I was told I'd get a call back ... then got ghosted. I don't think I've ever given anybody a 1-star review before, but these guys are, um, exceptional.
