Fierer GMC Buick

Ignition switch went out on my 2020 Canyon with only 36800 miles on it. Fierer GMC not only replaced it but we?re gracious enough to get the part warrantied. My thanks to William who said it was the right thing to do. He said he?s never experienced anything like this. Thanks again William

Excellent dealership

Ron Schatz was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. He was easy to deal with when we purchased our new car and gave us a very nice price on our used car. We we impressed that this is a 3rd generation dealership. They know what is takes to make a customer feel valued.

Sub-Quality Vehicle, Sub-Par Customer Service.

I purchased, for cash, a 2013 Buick Verano from this dealership, after much car research. I've driven less than 3,000 miles in less than four months and have already had to replace the front and back brakes, at a cost of $700. My mechanic indicates that rust build-up and inexpensive brake pads and rotors are contributing to the loud squealing on slow stops. I contacted the dealership to tell them of the issue and simply to express that I'm unhappy with the purchase, knowing they are not legally responsible for any costs incurred after purchase. I spoke with Ray Timley, who utilized a nasty, condescending tone, then loudly said "MY TONE IS NOT NASTY" when I said "Sir. It is not necessary to speak to me in that way." He also said in a commanding tone "This is what we need to do! We need to get that car in here to OUR mechanics! We used GM parts!" I trust my mechanics with my life, have for years, and believe them to be the most truthful in this situation. They will give me the sub-quality parts and explain the wear to my satisfaction. I do not recommend offering any business to this dealership. Mr. Timley should be allowed no further opportunity to huff, puff and condescend to any other customer.

Beware

BEWARE of Fiehrer Motors service dept. I was ripped off big time. Went for an oil change and tire rotation special for $60. They told me it needed an air filter and cabin filter, No big deal so I OKed it without checking first. They charged me more than double of what the filters actually cost at a parts store, then charged me $40 on top of that to install them. $80.00 for 2 filters that both cost less than $20. My $60 oil change cost me $156.00. They can shove that extra $100. up their xxxxx. I never trusted dealership services.

Poor service

Took my sons car there for electrical issue.They fixed the issue but when I picked up the car the radio was in lock and the windshield wipers didn’t work. Had to take it back and got charges for the mistakes they made. Then the plates were missing off the car and they were like oh well you’ll have to file a police report that’s the best I can do for you. Would not let these clowns work on a broken wagon wheel unless you want to pay astronomical prices and have to take it back several times. If your lucky your wagon wheel would still be attached.
