Lowering my monthly payment

Roy helped me understand the process of the car buying experience. He made it so easy that we even lowered my payment by 25$ I know it might not sound like a lot but I have the car I want with a lower payment couldn’t ask for any better! Go Excellence Auto Direct!

Easy, fast, friendly

I was dealing with a bit of a difficult situation while buying a car. But Roy was very helpful and made every effort to make sure that everything was taken care of and me in my car.

Amazing Dealership

From when I first walked in the door at Excellence Auto Direct they came with open arms. One if the owners came and asked if i needed anything from water to snacks even to help on the car. They exceeded all my expectations. i would really recommend this place!

Customer Service

I learned about Excellence Auto Direct online. I called to get more information, and an idea of what they have to offer. I spoke with Roy over the phone, and he was so personalable. Not only did he provide information, but he also asked questions. He was interested in learning what I was looking for, and genuinely wanted to be the solution. He was also very professional, polite, and competent. It was definitely a pleasure working with this company, and Roy!

Great Experience

Let’s start this off with simple facts: I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali with 84k miles in April 2019 from Excellence Auto Direct at a price 68% depreciated from the price new. As it has been over a month and I’ve seen zero issues with the vehicle – in fact, I’ve grown to love it more each day – so I feel confident suggesting this dealership and one representative, in particular. Every issue I asked the dealership to handle before I took possession was done properly. Every issue they needed me to come back for, later, they handled properly. Simply put, I got a fantastic deal on a great car. My experience in the dealership with both the management as well as the salesman working with me – Alexandro Alvarez – was fantastic. Alexandro was up front and enthusiastic; I never got any impression of dishonesty or guile from him, and I believe everyone walked away from the deal happy. While I think every dealership is going to try to play games, I at least felt like these guys were playing games by the rules. They didn’t try to spin things or push weird deals on me: I came in and within a couple of hours, we got the price to where we could both accept it, and I paid for the car outright. No extended warranty, no extra anything: just the car, for the price, in the condition I requested it to be in based in my inspection. I cannot guarantee my experience as a norm, but I can say that my experience was excellent. If you do your research and come to Excellence Auto Direct armed with information, and shoot straight with Alexandro Alvarez, I believe you can be as pleased with your experience as I have been with mine.

Best Dealer So Far

Bought New Dodge Charger and I Love it! The service and character of these group of people are unexplainable! Great car buying experience! Would recommend anyone to this dealership!

Great customer service

Really felt taken care of here. Felt like they were helping me out more than just wanting to take my money. Roy held an umbrella for me in the rain as well. So nice!

Helpful People

Leo and Roy helped my uncle with his Ram 3500. Roy had Leo come in and make the situation smooth and easy I love my uncle's new truck thank you guys!
