He worked with me, and made sure I left their dealership with a car that best fit my needs, and that means a lot. Again, they have amazing cars with low mileage, and great prices.

The price of the Infiniti QX 80 was the best price in the market, the vehicle was in very good condition and their service was exemplary. We got the best interest rate and a good price on the extended warranty and gap insurance. We also completed the test drive, purchase and finance paper work in less than one hour. ExcellenceAutoDirect in Dallas. Do not purchase from these guys! I was in the process of buying a car from them (I live two and a half hours away) and had gotten approved, had the bank process the paperwork to take to them for the loan, and they sold the car without telling me! The same time that I was having paperwork on the car processed they sold it without saying a word! If you tell someone that you are going to call them back, after they tell you they are ready to put a deposit, you should call them back not turn around then continue doing behind the curtain deals elsewhere. At least tell someone if you are trying to sell them a car and another person at literally the same time! Will never shop with these clowns again.

Visited late in the day to look at a car. Went for a quick test drive and we were going to think about it and come back. Owner continued to ask what he could do and was agreeing to fix some cosmetic issues we saw. We trusted them and purchased the car. The day we picked it up my wife noticed the driver mirror would not work. Contacted salesman Seth and he said they would take care of it. Stayed in contact until the night before our appointment when I got a text from Seth saying they would not fix it because the owner said the cars are sold as is. I would not trust them, they are no different than any other used dealership. They say on the website "We Take Care of our Customers no matter what". I think that means until they get their money.

Purchased a car late one evening not inspecting every little thing on the car. Trusted the owner and salesman Seth. Found the mirror would need repaired the very next day and contacted them. I was told by the salesman that they would take care of it and after days of waiting received a text saying can't fix it owner said cars are sold as is. No different than any other dealer.
