Illegal Business Practices

Excellence Auto Direct.  The are clearing the codes off of cars before selling them. I helped my daughter buy a car from them. I test drove it. There were no lights on. A few days after buying the car , the Air Bag Light came on, the Tire Pressure light came on, the speedometer wasn't acting right.  Today I had the car throughly checked out by another dealership, Toyota of Richardson. I have attached their report.  The Technician stated that the Air Bag literally came off in his hand. Now the whole steering wheel and air bag has to be replaced. The Speedometer is also not working right and has to be replaced. And the pan the protects the engine underneath also has to be replaced. This adds up to almost 3600.00 in safety repairs. This was clearly hidden from us. There is no way the codes cleared themselves. My daughter could have really been hurt had she been in an accident with the Air Bag improperly installed. I don't want someone hurt because they are trying to make a quick Buck. Excellence Auto Direct - Owner Matt Riahi

Bought a Car

ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES CLEARED SAFETY CODES AND THEN SOLD TO A 20 YEAR OLD AND MOM. NOW WON'T DO THE RIGHT THING. 3600.00 in SAFETY ISSUES.

DIFFERENT car buying experience

This is the nicest preowned dealership I have personally ever been to. I had a great experience with Jason. He is very professional, nice, and he definitely knows how to take care of his clients. I see why these guys are rated so high. I bought a Mercedes SUV for my wife’s birthday and I got the best deal on a great vehicle... highly recommend.

Don’t trust these guys

Will not buy from here again. When I came to test drive a car, it would not start. They assured me that the battery just needed to be replaced and because it started after replacing the battery, that the problem was resolved. This was not the case. Three weeks later, my car would not start again. After jumping the car it worked all day but after the car was parked in my garage for 2 days, it again would not start. Turns out that the root problem was not the battery at all and instead was the alternator (about $900 to fix). They misled me to make the sale and when I told them about it they said they will look to see if there is anything they could do to make it right but would have to move it up the chain and would call me back. They never called me back and when I called them back, they were rude to me and told me there was nothing they could do because I didn’t purchase their warranty (even though they were aware of that fact when I talked to them the first time and acted like they would still see what they would do). They said because the problem didn’t happen in the first week there was nothing they could do. It didn’t happen in the first week because the weather didn’t cool way down until after 3 weeks which affected the alternator. They were dishonest to try to make a sale and were not willing to do anything to make it right even though they originally acted like they would try. I am pretty sure they did not attempt to make it right and were just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone and hope I would go away. I would not trust them with my business in the future.

Best Guys

These guys are the BEST. If you are looking for a used car dealership without the pushy sales people, this is the place to go to. Down to earth people who make you feel like a friend, not a customer. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else.

KNEW IT WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Two major issues on a used vehicle within the first 10 days of our purchase. Either the dealership doesn't like to disclose information or they have some unqualified mechanics looking over their vehicles before they hit the road. Of course they had us sign the "As Is" waiver, so no leg to stand on with them. We were also undercut on what they told us they would give us on our trade in. The price kept getting lower and lower after we drove early 400 miles to the dealership. We weren't really in any position to argue at that point. We also did not receive the quoted loan rate that had been promised to us prior to our 5.5 hr drive. Needless to say, not a great experience!

Awesome!

Jonathon was very professional he made the process faster than usual. He was very easy to work with he really cared about his customers and I appreciate that I will definitely be coming back to him and referring my family and friends!

Great service and Butch is the man to go to!

Everyone! Go to this dealership and ask for Butch! What a great guy. He’s get the job done with a great price. His personally helps carry him far and he really cares about your credit and makes sure you’re ready to purchase before running your credit. What a cool dude.
