VW of Puyallup is an exceptional dealership. The facilities are inviting and the staff is extremely friendly. I was walked through several models without any pressure just very informative. VWs are very nice vehicles and don't require much salesmanship but our Sales Consultant, Bjorn was extremely knowledgable and motivated with the brand. His approach was very friendly and as this was my first stop in my research I ended up coming back to finish the deal because the experience was so positive.

As a repeat VW Lease Customer, VW of Puyallup truly exceeded my expectations in my leasing experience during their latest sign and drive event. I needed my car replaced quickly after an accident, and due to the unexpected nature of the accident, I had no down payment. I worked with David Hayes, a top salesman at Puyallup VW, and he was able to help me get me into the car that I wanted at a price that I can afford. He took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for and what would work for me, and was able to find me the VW of my dreams. David was an avid VW Enthusiast, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all of the VW Programs. He was diligent in all of his efforts, and seemed to work very well with the other staff and customers. He was able to work with Laura Johnson, the Business Manager, and they were able to get me financed under my challenging circumstances. I appreciate my experience at VW of Puyallup, and thank David and Laura for all of their hard work. AWESOME to say the least, The dealership is very modern bright and clean, with a wonderful staff. David Hayes, my sales consultant was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase of my new Passat. With zero sales pressure, David, was very honest and knowledgeable on the product, He listened to my request and made the purchase a pleasure I will do business again in the future with VW of Puyllaup.

I had a 2001 VW Beetle with over 191,000 miles on it and was needing a lot of repairs, so I decided to look into buying a new VW Beetle. I went into the dealership and Cody Harris greeted me and ask what I was looking for and what i wanted in payments, he showed me the vehicles that I was interested in and found one that I liked. He showed me how I could afford it through a lease/purchase option that I did not think about and it fit with in my payment option. After all paperwork was done Cody Harris showed me all the things that my vehicle has and how to operated them. I have to say that this was a great experience for a new buyer and that the finance department worked wonders for me if not for her I might not have been able to get the car I wanted. I ended up buying a 2015 Beetle.

I went to VW of Puyallup with an idea to purchase a Jetta I found online. Cody Harris helped me, both test drive, and decide what options were best for me. He took his time, didn't rush the process or me and actually test drove a couple different vehicles to help me. In the end, they picked up the Passat I wanted and provided a fair trade in and awesome purchasing experience. I highly recommend VW of Puyallup!!

We were bowled over by the service of everyone at VW of Puyallup. Staff were introducing themselves to my wife and I and thanking us for our business like a family member would. Very personal and great service. I wouldn't care what they were selling, I'd go back due to the experience.

We take our passet here for services. Great quick service. Was told about two hours to fix a recall and it took less then an hour. I appreciate that they drive you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Especially since I usually will have to bring my kids with. We will definitely always come here for our Volkswagen needs!

I was nervous to buy a car from a dealership. Most salesmen Ive encountered elsewhere seem pushy and leave me feeling uninformed and cheated. This was not the case at Volkswagen of Puyallup. I was very fortunate to be helped by sales representative David Hayes. He is a wonderful salesman who helped me feel comfortable while staying professional. He answered every question I had patiently while keeping me well informed with no pressure or rush to make a decision. David Hayes went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend first time buyers to stop wasting time with pushy salesmen and go meet with Volkswagen of Puyallup's on point sales team.
