Frank did an awesome job with getting us into the exact car I wanted. There was no back and forth and no trying to get us into something we didn’t want. This is the 4th car we have purchased from him and this dealership and we will keep coming back.

My vehicle engine temperature indicator failed. I could not tell what my coolant temperature was looking at my dashboard. The engine coolant fan came on. This seemed an electrical problem to me I asked for the part that failed because I thought it was electrical issue; fuse, maybe the sensor probe. They gave me back the temp/pressure regulator. I had service done two days prior, including the multi point inspection. My coolant well was empty at the discovery of my problem. A senior service tech discovered the empty coolant well. He filled the system and pressure checked it and found no leaks. My initial bill was almost $1400 dollars, but after speaking with the service manager, he brought it down to $714. For this type of repair, I googled Auto repair shops within 50 miles of my zip code and all the shops posted this repair at between $650 and $700. This pressure temperature regulator is the same device that used to be incorporated in the radiator cap. Great service manager.

Customer buying a car
My experience on the new side was simply amazing. Everyone on the new side was friendly, welcoming, and made you feel good about the car buying experience. Champ was my guy. He is the bomb. Very patient, knowledgeable, and took all my concerns into consideration. He wasn't just trying to make a sale he became personable. Meaning he was concerned with what i was had questions about. Now the other side... They need customer service training 101 all over again. I mean horrible experience over there. The most of them were eating at the desk and then began fussing with Champ when i specifically asked for him. One salesman was trying to take me out and look at a car before he can get across the street to to me. Thats called attempting to steal someone else sale. Crazy right... Here's the thing I could have been a secret shop but they didn't care . Overall the new side experience was outstanding. They all get a 10 from me

February 2023, my father and I went to this dealership to
February 2023, my father and I went to this dealership to purchase a truck. My father wanted my name to be on the title as a co owner, not co signer. The car was purchased, not financed. Miguel Vivar asked me to complete a partial form with questions. Before completing the form I asked Miguel if he was checking my credit, he answered no. I didn’t give anyone permission to check my credit, nor did I provide anyone with my social security number. To my dismay, I found out a few days later that a credit check was done and that is exactly what I did NOT want. I am very disappointed that a hard inquiry is reflected on my credit report for two years. Spoke with a manager, Ahmad who gave a bunch of BS excuses and that he would look into the matter and call me back. No call back. I also emailed a manager, B. Turner and I have not received a reply. This is bad business and totally unacceptable. Update: Spoke with manager, B. Turner. He stated that I completed a credit application which is untrue and he stated that he is unable to email or mail proof of the alleged application. Another manager, Ahmad stated on Saturday that someone by the name of Chris was working on the matter of removing the inquiry from my credit report. Also, there is a similar complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau.

JAMES Eason and the sales managers (Ahmad) in particular have been very very helpful. Ahmad was especially helpful in helping me deal with an after sale issue involving a leaking tire in which the warranty wasn't registered yet. They were "stand up" guys and there were no surprises. And, when the promised something, it was delivered "on time." I really like this dealership and will drive extra to use them.

Marvelous Marlin
We had a wonderful buying experience with marvelous Marlin McLean. No pressure, smooth, easy process. The employees were all very nice and low approachable. Their buildings aren’t fancy but everything is clean, orderly and well maintained.
