I have been a customer of Waldorf Chevy Cadillac since...

I have been a customer of Waldorf Chevy Cadillac since 2017. Purchased my 2014 Cadillac SRX from this dealership. I have all my services repairs from this dealership, sometime sitting waiting for hours, but that's not my complaint. My headlight went out and I took it to them for service. Complaining that I took it to Advanced auto and they changed the bulb, but the light seem dim compare to the other light, so I brought my car into the dealership. I was told that the HEADLIGHT was over OXIDIZED causing dimness. They replaced the DRIVER FRONT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY for a price of $987.00 didn't check before I left which I should had. Check the next morning and the darn bulb was still dim. Took the car back and was told the reason why my bulb was still dim is because GM replaced the bulb with amore efficient bulb because they where getting complaints. So my problems is I really didn't need the Headlight Assembly after all, since it didn't. make a difference on the dimness. I should had been told about the new replacement bulb, but never was.. I wanted a reimbursement for cost , but was offer a free oil change and tire rotation which isn't even $200.00. I believe they could have change the other bulb to make it match at least. I was told if the bulb was change it possibly could cause additional damage really. I believe I should had been told about the difference in the bulb prior to the Headlight Assembly being install, because the bulb still looks dim compare to the other. I will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. Unsatisfied Customer,

Worst dealership, do not waste your time. Poor management, no one is qualified for they’re job. I will be speaking with Chevrolet Corporate, Better Business Bureau, and Attorney Generals Office.

This is concerns a very deceptive action by this...

This is concerns a very deceptive action by this dealership. I received a coupon in the mail for a service special. The special expires on August 31, 2021. I called the dealer to redeem the coupon and I was told by the service representative that I could not get an appointment until September 2021 which is after the expiration date. Since I could not get an appointment before the expiration date through no fault of mine, I asked if the discount price will be honored after the expiration date. I was told that the discount would be honor and I would get a confirmation email. I never received the email. I sent an email to the service manager who seemed to be unfamiliar with the dealer’s discount promotion. I sent two emails to the general manager and did not receive a response. I still have not received the email confirmation which shows that the dealer never intended to honor the coupon special; therefore, this fake discount scheme will cost me full price (almost twice as much) if I want the service.

The company’s response is disingenuous. After I received the unsolicited service discount offer I contacted the Dealer to redeem the discount. I was told that I could not get the service until after the 8/31/21 expiration date but the coupon would be honored after the expiration date since the Dealer could not provide the service before the offer expired. I was told that I would get an email confirming this commitment; however, I never received the confirmation email. In Mid-August I emailed Service Manager Beavers who did not resolve the matter. I also sent two emails to General Manager Turner who did not respond. It has been nearly 2 weeks since the matter was supposedly referred to the "team" and there has been no response. It seems that the Dealer only offered such a great discount because they never intended to honor it.

This dealer does not accept Chevy Reward points = BIG...

This dealer does not accept Chevy Reward points = BIG FAILURE. And it seems to take much longer to do service than it should. Other than that, no issues.

It’s funny that this dealership responds to each negative...

It’s funny that this dealership responds to each negative post, asking for the customer to contact them so they can make it right. I did that after they left me stranded on a test drive and their only solution for leaving me stranded was to try to sell me the exact Tahoe that broke down on me. This place is a joke!

I want to let you know my frustrations had nothing to do with my salesperson Mr. Hightower great guy or Mr. Roland Johnson another great guy. Both were very helpful and up front with me. They both did a great job during my truck buying process. My frustrations was with the after marketing personal who had me bring my vehicle in at 8am one more for a bed liner and then call me back the same day around 5pm to tell me the couldn’t do the bed liner because the didn’t have the materials nine hours to figure out you don’t have the Materials terrible. I was also supposed to get a protective coating on my vehicle the same day and they didn’t do that either until the lady from after market department calls me at 5pm and ask me do I want to wait until the bed liner comes in and do both together again terrible. So I guess they did a rush job on my protective coating after I paid almost a 1000 dollars for it. I don’t know if they did the protective coating or not no one let me know anything. All I know is they didn’t do it.

I wouldn't recommend this dealership, because I feel...

I wouldn't recommend this dealership, because I feel they tried to work on/ charge me almost $ 1,600 worth of work that if I had read the drivers manual would have realized what I thought was a problem was normal for the car to do that. They are clearly the experts so I took it to them and I feel that I was almost taken advantage of. lucky for me I decided to take it somewhere else. I Believe I spoke with Mr. Beavers (Service Advisor Manager)(not sure if the name is right) about the situation. He said all the right things and tried to make it right and I appreciated that but the damage that Richard Rogan (service advisor) had done was irreversible. To many details to explain. IF I GOT THE MANAGERS NAME WRONG I APPOLOGIZE.

A horrible experience from beginning to end. Would definitely not recommend this dealership. Woefully disappointing. Inept. Could not complete the work and then tried to overcharge me when the work was not done. Lies, Lies and more lies.

best car experience for me....

Wonderful customer service. Mark Stancell , my salesman was the best. Very professional, friendly and dedicated to his job... Aaron Jones, my financial mgr was also very good at his job. Took time to make sure that I understood my paperwork....I would highly recommend this facility to anyone....drove off the lot with a big smile on my face.
