The best car buying experience!

Nick was AWSOME. I came in not knowing what to expect. This was my first time buying a car from an actual dealership. Though the process is long Nick explained everything to me in detail every step of the way. He was awesome and I will definitely be back to get my next vehicle.

Great experience buying at Waldorf

Fantastic! We had not bought a new SUV in 25 years. Waldorf was great! The quality of everything they do is great. Doing the best job possible is their goal and they do that. We got a Tahoe to replace our 25 year old Yukon and we are so pleased with the new Tahoe. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We have dealers 5 miles away, but we choose to drive 30 miles to this dealer based on our experience at other dealers. We are an older couple. They listened and talked to both of us, not just the husband.

Good Job Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac

I needed an oil change and tire rotation because I needed to go out of town for a family emergency. It was close to being time for scheduled maintenance on my Chevy Silverado. I contacted the service department and they told me to bring the vehicle in and they would work me into their schedule. I brought the vehicle in and I was out in a short period of time. In fact it was faster than I had anticipated. I really appreciate that they considered my situation and took action to help me.

Slow service....

It took longer than I expected. After a few day's waiting, I went to the dealership only to find out that the part for my vehicle had not been ordered yet. It's a good thing that I went there when I did or I might have waited longer for the service to be completed. Also, my key ring was stolen. I was told that it probably fell off which is impossible. It takes some effort to remove the key ring from the key fob. Although my vehicle was clean when I picked it up.

Your dealer suck

Every time I bring my black widow truck in you have an excuse for not wanting to do something if you don't want to repair the vehicle why the h*** did you sell it to me It's one d*** excuse after the other I wish I could get the truck back
