I have some free oil changes with purchase of car. Redeemed today and was treated like any paying customer. Always friendly folks when I visit.

Was in the market for an SUV to trade-in my Civic for. Test-drove several different options. Gafa had to arrange a different one transferred to Appleton for me to drive and purchase.

I would definitely recommend family and friends to check out Russ Darrow Direct the next time they are in the market for a used vehicle. Our salesman, Gafa, was very respectful to me and was not the stereotypical “pushy” type of car salesman you find at many other dealerships. Gafa was also knowledgeable in his trade and the products he represented. The gentleman who handled the finance part of our experience, Guy, was very informative and walked through the entire process to make sure we understood every part of our investment process and reduce any potential “surprises” that may come up down the road. All in all, our experience was great and will continue to do business with them again.

I take my vehicle in for service and I'm not treated like some dumb woman who doesn't know what she's talking about. They are always respectful and very helpful. They don't try to get me to do more than needs to be done and I like that.

Friendly and helpful staff, willing to work with you on finding an affordable vehicle. They will also correct problems that are noticed during the inspection.

Oil change was done quickly thoroughly reviewed other items I need to address at a later date. Understood want needs to done and when with the pricing for convenience
