Great customer focused quality. Great price honest and easy

Friendly non pushy salesman.Told him what we wanted.He made it work so it worked for us as well as dealership.We will without a doubt be back.

Great help + recommendations

This was my first purchase of a vehicle. I don't have much of a credit history, so John recommended me to Evergreen CU and I got a loan. This car is so much fun to drive :)

They lie

High pressure sales tactics for extended warranty and extended service contract. They damaged my car during an oil change and then lied about “cameras” that will show they did not.

Salesperson John was very helpful Did not like the hard sell tactics of the Sales Manager Guy for aftermarket warranties. I would recommend Russ Darrow to others but would warn against the aftermarket warranty hard sales pitch...some people may not realize it’s an option to NOT have that included in overall monthly payment

Excellent Experience

From start to finish, the repair process was easy, painless, and quick. I was kept informed on my vehicle’s progress and the staff were a delight to work with. My vehicle was repaired with the highest standards, and I would not hesitate to refer friends and family here!

Exceptional service, terrific work!

We purchased our NISSAN Quest from Russ Darrow in February of 2017. From the first time we set foot on their lot until present, we have received excellent customer service . When we faced an unexpected repair on our van, Russ Darrow's collision center was our first call. They provided us with a prompt estimate and worked dilligently with our Insurance provider. We were given a rental free of charge to use. They communicated with us often, updated us on the status of our repairs, and always were friendly and professional. I have two children and a Russ Darrow rep helped swap out car seats for us. Our vehicle was returned to us like new and they even cleaned the exterior and interior of our vehicle. Very pleased. Do reccomend!
