Brent was phenomenal! He helped me get exactly where I wanted to be. The experience as a whole was magnificent and Isabel who was training with him at the time was also fantastic. They were both friendly and very helpful in finding me a new vehicle.

My husband thought a Kia Sorrento would be a good fit for me so he started looking around. After a while he suggested we go to Russ Darrow Direct as they seemed to have a good selection. Mark Huth was the salesman who approached us. He was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was very patient with her questions and our test drives. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that day we've been very happy with it. Mark followed up to make sure we were satisfied which was very appreciated. I came right when they opened at 8 o’clock on Saturday morning. I was already third in line but they got me in very quickly. The waiting area was clean and had fresh coffee. The customer service agent at the desk was very accommodating and helpful.
