Gafa was helpful and friendly from the start. He asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him the vehicle I was looking for. He showed it to me and asked if I wanted a test drive. He just showed me what I was looking for and didn't try to up sell another car.

I found the rep very knowledgeable and honest. Never beat around the bush. Was comfortable being direct and fair yet not pushy. Gafa is definitely a good representative. I refer others to him.

I really didn’t think we would be going home with a different car but with the no haggle pricing it made it easy. The whole process from test drive to thr paperwork and out the door was stress free. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Eric remembers me which every time. We need a lot of service on our car and he doesn’t rush me to get it done. We do it when we can afford it unless it is a safety issue. Prices seem comparable to other places.

I would highly recommend Russ Darrow body shop to everyone I know that needs repair. My car looks fabulous after the repair. Tony and Crystalyn were so helpful and answered all of my many questions. I have had several repairs and each time was completely satisfied. They and their staff are awesome and do fantastic work.

I love the car don’t get me wrong, but after spending 5 hours at the dealer, having promises fall through, my experience at this point is just disappointed. I had one request that prevented me from looking at a different vehicle and that was to have my front rotors cut or replaced, I was promised if they make that happen then will I buy the car? so I agreed since I did like the car, but after sitting for 4 hours and having everything approved they hit me with sorry we cannot cut them, but we can get you a deal which will overall cost more than if I buy aftermarket and install them myself anyways so I regret not looking at the other vehicle I had in mind, minor venting but overall lesson is people in sales may want to help but in the end they aren’t your friend they just have a job to do so don’t let them fool you with smiles

When I came here looking at cars I was in pressed with the customer service and end d up purchasing my vehicle here and the service department has been excellent every time I have returned for routine maintenance!!

Had issues with blue tooth. Though extremely busy, the gentleman took his time explaining and , most importantly, did not make me feel stupid for not knowing how to operate.
