Transmission Repair
My 2020 Ford Explorer was having transmission issues. I called every Ford dealership within a 50 mile radius and they all said it would be late April to mid May before they could even tell me what was wrong with it. I don't know about you, but I couldn't be without a vehicle that long. Short-Redmond is about 1 hr from me, they said bring it on and they would try their best to get to it sooner. I dropped it off on 3/15/23 & picked it up with a rebuilt transmission on 3/28/23. 12 days was way better than 2 months. I will be taking all my service needs to them regardless how far they are.

Claim to have SAE mechanics.
Claim to have SAE mechanics. They replaced moduel on my 2012 jeep overland and were very proud they "fixed" everything. Now 2 days later the check engine light is on. I dont think the service manager really understands how to talk to people either. I will never buy anything from here again. You should not either.

Run away don?t buy here
We purchased at 2019 Ford Expedition within 36 hours the check engine light was on and the suv sounded awful to start and had a stutter when driving. We have the lifetime engine warranty and purchased an entire extended warranty bumper to bumper. Found out the cam phasers are going out on this vehicle and ford has a service bulletin on it. Dusty in service has zero customer service threatening to keep my vehicle months off sales made them repair the cam phasers. Charlie in sales mgmt. called and promised they can phasers would be ordered and replaced we would be taken care of no issues. Only to self the suv back to me and refuse to even talk to me on the phone and lies saying he didn?t say any of that! That?s ok got a reputable dealership repairing it now!
