Run away don?t buy here
We purchased at 2019 Ford Expedition within 36 hours the check engine light was on and the suv sounded awful to start and had a stutter when driving. We have the lifetime engine warranty and purchased an entire extended warranty bumper to bumper. Found out the cam phasers are going out on this vehicle and ford has a service bulletin on it. Dusty in service has zero customer service threatening to keep my vehicle months off sales made them repair the cam phasers. Charlie in sales mgmt. called and promised they can phasers would be ordered and replaced we would be taken care of no issues. Only to self the suv back to me and refuse to even talk to me on the phone and lies saying he didn?t say any of that! That?s ok got a reputable dealership repairing it now!
