Great expierence! Went there knowing exactly what i wanted to look at and did exactly that. There was no pushing for somethin newer, pricier or brand which made it a quick and easy purchase.

Short redmond ford

We have purchased over 4 cars from short redmond ford and the most recent a super nice 2017 nissan rouge sl.. The staff was friendly and not pushy trying to get sales. They make you feel like family.. Going to purcase a new truck from here pretty soon. Ours salesman for the past 4 cars was john wrinkle. Very helpful and made sure we got what we wantes. Plan to do more dealing with him in the future.

FACTORY DEFECT REPAIRED

I sincerely appreciate the employees of Short Redmond Ford in Lafollette. They went over and above what anyone could expect to repair my 2016 Chevy Colorado. I took the truck in for a "CHECK ENGINE LIGHT" they went out of their way to get the problem fixed. They even sent it out to two Chevy Dealers as far away as Knoxville and those dealers refused to fix the problem The cause of the problem was a "Factory defect" caused at the time of manufacture. The people at Short Redmond "fixed it" and only charged me for the parts and installation. Special thanks for the Service Advisor RONNIE COLBURN he kept me updated on the process and the hold ups and supplied transportation for me To and From the Dealership Short Redmond and all the employess will forever be my first choice in Purchase and Repair of all my future vehicles

Short -Redman Ford

Drove over 2 hours to do business because they had vehicle I wanted with best deal online. Tyler gave immediate response to all questions and concerns by email and took care of details during purchase. Easiest purchase I have ever made on a vehicle. All staff was on the ball and courteous . They appear to be in the business of moving inventory, don?t know what?s up with the local dealerships. Would highly recommend.
