I couldn't have asked for an easier & more simple car-buying experience! From the start, Tyler Williamson & everyone at Short-Redmond Ford were fantastic to work with. I appreciated the low pressure environment and how straightforward the whole process was. I felt comfortable that the vehicle I was interested in would be exactly as described online, and had no issue driving up from Florida to make the purchase. They had the vehicle I was interested in clean & ready for me to test drive when I arrived at 9:30am, and I was out the door with a new SUV by noon!
