The staff at Short Redmond Ford are great!! Ottie Hatfield was the salesman when I bought my edge he was wonderful helped us so much! Would recommend him to anyone!

2015 Ford Taurus

I brought my car in and left it to be serviced while my sister and I went shopping,when I returned later that day my car was ready to go.This was a pleasant experience. Thanks to everyone who helped in servicing my car.

My journey of searching for a replacement Toyota Tacoma crew cab Pre-runner was greatly assisted by the staff of Short Redmond Ford. The exact match for my 2009 model was in their inventory. The 2016 model was presented through the internet bullpen with video's and pictures. The salesman was very helpful. The full staff made not only a sale but started a relationship.

Very disappointing

Very disappointed that a named Ford dealership could be so untrustworthy. I drove 3 and a half hours to see a car that I was told had no modifications, and when i got there, the car not only had modifications that were unsafe on the car, but had multiple modifications that were illegal(including having no catalytic converters, thus it would not pass emissions testing to register, and the car had illegal tint on the front windshield.) Even when bringing this up to who I believe was a financing employee, Brent, he said the car just wasn't for me and wouldn't acknowledge the major issues the car had and didn't seem to mind that the car was being sold despite the fact the engine was extremely unstable with the modified exhaust system. My salesman, Josh Ayers, was fine, i had no issues with him as a salesman, he let myself and my friend do a full inspection of the vehicle and helped us in every way he was able to, so him as a salesman was not a negative experience. If anyone is thinking of looking at a vehicle from this dealership, especially a sports car of any kind, I'd HIGHLY recommend having a 3rd party unbiased mechanic look at the vehicle, because the car may or may not be as advertised. The issues on this car were not something that are easy to miss, and should have been caught by a service tech while inspecting the car prior to sale, and should have been resolved.

Outrageous Dealership

Horrible experience all around. Our sells man was excellent, however the sales manager was very rude and didn?t even want to share our interest rate with us. All around worst car buying experience ever.
