Rudeness

2 months after the purchase of a vehicle, they decided that the trade in title needed to be signed. When I went by there to do that Chris Witten was rude and sarcastic. When I called back to the facility I was talking to Brian Hoskins and while I was trying to say something he hung up on me.

Buyer

Made a purchase. In the agreement it was to trade tires off my old one to the new one. They traded but didn?t fix sensors. Everyone knows sensors got to be fixed. Didn?t do it. Sales mng smart Aleck said wasn?t part of deal. What everyone knows u must set those on all 2009 and up vehicles. Having to go over head to get this done.
