Short-Redmond Ford (John Winkle)

Couldn't be happier with our new 2019 Ford Flex. We heard Ford wasn't going to be making the Flex after 2019 so with the help of John Wrinkle he managed to find us just what we were looking for. This is the second vehicle we've bought thru John Wrinkle and if you need a car, you won't go wrong with John.

Car Purchase

I had totaled my car and was looking around at used cars. I had been looking on line and saw a couple I was interested in. I called and spoke with Scott Stanfield, he had the car sitting out front waiting on me when I arrived. After checking prices on same vehicle I feel I got a really good deal I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue and have had it about a week, I love it. I would recommed them and Scott Stanfield, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I didnt feel pressured to purchase and that is one of the things I liked the best.

Good place to do business with. The guys in the shop are good at what they do but may need to pay more attention to keeping hands clean before reentering the vehicle.

Great service . But the detailing sucked .

Great sales and customer service. But you spend 20000 on a truck you would expect it to be clean . The door panels and cup holders where nasty . Looked like tobacco spit under the black rubber inserts ditry arm rest and console. Will spend a few hours cleaning it up
