Great buying experience.

Great buying experience. I highly recommend Short-Redmond Ford when buying a new vehicle. No pressure sales and very patient with trying out different vehicles. They were able to answer my questions and worked with me to find the right vehicle. Marcus Smith was great and did everything he could for us.

Kind, no-hassle service.

Kind, no-hassle service. Treated this grandma customer buying a used vehicle with the same courtesy as they do the the customer buying a souped-up, fancy new one. It was a pleasure dealing both with my salesman and the finance officer. Thank you, Short-Redmon Ford. AND I love my car!

All the employees were very polite and were not pushy.

All the employees were very polite and were not pushy. Different employees reached out to me during this process to see if I had any questions. They worked with me to reach a price on my vehicle that fit my budget. Even after the purchase they continue to reach out to me to answer any questions and help in any way. It seems I’m not just a dollar amount to them but they genuinely care about their customers.

The Absolute most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had

The Absolute most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in my life. Was on the phone with rusty and chase for a day and a half finalizing and getting a deal done only for them to sell it out from up under me mins before they closed. They could have cared absolutely less about it. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
