The salesman, Bryan, was very pleasant, patient, and great to work with. I am very particular when I shop for a vehicle and spend a lot of time looking the car over. Bryan was very patient and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed even tho we were outside at the car for a long time on an extremely hot day. They gave me a fair price for my Honda Pilot and the asking price on the Ford Explorer was slightly below market value. Charles was also very nice, realizing that I had a price in mind and we were able to agree on a price without any pressure. I would highly recommend Short-Redmond Ford.

Just bought a used truck from these guys. The guys were polite. Worked with Anthony. He was a good salesman. I left the dealership with my children in our new to us 2011 ford raptor. We live 3 hours away. Noticed when we got off our exit in Georgia that the right front wheel was grinding very loud. Got home and took the truck to the shop. It is still there. The right front cv axle and hub was destroyed. Turns out that the dealer replaced the inner wheel end but not the hub. In short, me and my 9 and 10 year old children drove a truck from tennessee to Georgia with a safety issue that we had no clue about. I immediately texted Anthony and asked what the options were. He texted me back the next morning and said he was going to look into it. Meanwhile I got a truck I just bought headed to the shop the day after I bought it. The truck is still in the shop 2 days later. Haven’t even drove it since I got it home. Dealer says send us the invoice and we will see if we can help. I do appreciate that, and Anthony has been in contact with me every step of the way. I have to say I’m not happy about the truck, but these guys are trying to help the best they can from 200 miles away.

Traveled from Kentucky to buy. Great car. Great People. Anthony went above and beyond. He took the time to invest in assurances and after the sale communication. Highly recommend this facility.

Bought a used car form this place this week. On my way home to Indiana. Check engine light came on. Not willing to help fix issue. They said there was nothing they can do. Don't buy from this place
