Easy, no pressure. Lots of choices in vehicles. Full tank of gas and service extras with the purchase.

We have dealt with many dealerships in our 35 year's of buying vehicles in 3 different states. Buying this truck has been the most stress less and pleasant experience we have ever had. I give high praise to all of the employees of Short-Redmond Ford dealership. They all pitched in as a team to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. There was no high pressure from any one and it seemed like all of the customer’s were receiving the same treatment. It really seemed like everyone loved working there and together. If you want to buy a vehicle at the best price and you want to be taken care of like friends are taking care of you, then you need to deal with Short-Redmond Ford! Hands down, the best in TN!

Lies, lies and lies.

Lies, lies and lies. False advertisements with changing sale price after making deposits and then salesman telling lies about additional fees and added charges. Agreed to one price and monthly charge then somehow almost 100 dollars more a month. When canceling unwanted extended warranty they then cancele my gap insurance. Fraud and decivers at this dealership.
