Tyler was great!

Tyler was great! I was trading and was traying to look at options. Tyler was patient and didn't push for any decisions. He worked with me and even fixed problems that arose! Would highly suggest and refer him to anyone that is purchasing a vehicle at the dealership.

Pulled into Short-Redmond off of I-75 with a transmission

Pulled into Short-Redmond off of I-75 with a transmission issue on my way home to Ohio. The people were great and caring about my situation. Ended up purchasing a used vehicle for the drive home. Within 3 days, they called with my truck fixed. The used car was good and the work they did on my truck was good. Wish I lived closer to these nice people so I could do more business with them!

The only thing I had issues with is the time it took to complete the documents. There was only 1 person that day and while I was there they sold 5 vehicles

I traded for a Lincoln navigator L black label, the

I traded for a Lincoln navigator L black label, the entire deal was worked through the internet and over the phone. The dealership is over 400 miles from me, Mathew Goodman (salesman) and the entire sales team did everything possible to make me comfortable with the car prior to the long drive. Mathew took the initiative to record the entire walk around of the vehicle (even showing all the imperfections), then he recorded a test drive. Mathew made sure I knew the navigator L inside and out and we had a deal agreed on, including a trade, before I left home. When I arrived at Short-Redmond ford the car and Mathew were waiting for me, everything was exactly as presented. When I get ready for another car, I will definitely call them first. No other dealer ship came anywhere close to their professionalism, courtesy and down to earth country kindness that I experienced there. Five-stars to Short-Redmond and Mathew Goodman.
