Made a purchase. In the agreement it was to trade tires off my old one to the new one. They traded but didn?t fix sensors. Everyone knows sensors got to be fixed. Didn?t do it. Sales mng smart Aleck said wasn?t part of deal. What everyone knows u must set those on all 2009 and up vehicles. Having to go over head to get this done.

Scott was very personable... had a great time hanging out.
We bought a grand Jeep Cherokee… *Scott was our sales guy, and an extremely nice guy. We felt like a negotiation on pricing would have given this a five star rating, but there was no negotiations with the sales manager, which was extremely disappointing. Again, Scott was great.

Great sales team
We purchased our vehicle long distance from an Internet ad. Jimmy and Brent were great getting us the information we needed concerning the car in question. They set up a FaceTime for us so that we could see just what it was we were getting into as far as wear and tear and overall condition of the vehicle. Upon my arrival at the dealership, all paperwork was already completed. The only thing that was required was a test drive, 15 minutes signing and paying, and I was on my way out the door. Even after the sale, they have been extremely responsive and helpful with follow up questions and concerns we had. The car is great just as they said it was.

Great Buying experience at Short Redmond Ford
I had a great buying experience from Short Redmond Ford. I contacted salesman, John Wrinkle by phone and told him that a buddy had recommended Short Redmond Ford and that I had shopped truck prices at several dealers in TN, GA and NC and was looking for the best price on a new F-150 truck and requested an out the door price from Short Redmond Ford. While I was waiting for my price quote, I had several other Ford dealers call me and give me a reduced price from their original price quotes. When I received my price quote from John and Sales Manager Jimmy Bradford at Short Redmond Ford, they beat every other quote. I highly recommend Short Redmond Ford and using John Wrinkle and Jimmy Bradford.
