Do not recommend this dealership

Called about a car and made an appointment like requested, before driving 4 hours to buy a car I knew I wanted as long as it was as nice in person as it was in pictures. Was text by the salesman once they opened that my car was pulled up and waiting on me. Even after letting him know we are about 2 hours away, once we arrived the car was on a test drive and sold out from under me because they let the person driving know that we were there to drive it and he gave more money for the car so they took it of course. Not even a chance was given to me knowing we were driving from 4 hours away. Instead of doing the right and moral thing, they took the greedy road instead. So if you want to do business with people like that, more power to you. But I would rather deal with people that treat you the way you should be and stand by their word, when telling you that we have your car here waiting on you!

Had a good experience with no pressure. Salesmen were professionals and knew their Fords well. I knew what I needed as far as money was concerned so I already had a couple of vehicles in mind. They showed me what I wanted to look at without pressure to look at cars I had no interest in. The Finance Department secured me great financing. I told them what I needed and they delivered! Would recommend Short Redmond Ford to anyone!

Rodent hitchhiker

After a panic call from my wife I picked up our 2014 Escape with severe vibration, shut off the fan motor to stop the noise and shaking, and took the vehicle to Short Redmond in Lafollette. The service writer took a description of the problem and assured me he would have it looked at as soon as possible. Within thirty minutes a technician returned stating that something was in or interfering with the fan motor, presumably a small animal. Later that morning he found a mouse had entered the ducting and found its way to the fan. After a cleanup of the area, check out of the fan, and a few sprays of air freshener I was back on the road. Service was friendly and professional with all persons involved being supportive. I will most likely return for future automotive needs.

Wondrful

We had a great experience. We have told everyone to go check them out. Mitch got us in a 2019 Ford Fiesta, we got to pick anyone on the lot.

2018 Ford Escape # Snowball

I bought my 2018 Ford Escape on Memorial Day in 2018. It's extremely comfortable to drive, love the handling. I don't want any other type vehicle from here on out

2018 Ford Eco-Sport Purchase

Very good service all around. We liked the number of cars to choose from. We liked that the dealership is in our hometown where we live and they have a very good service department. So we can bring the car right there for scheduled service.

Bought a LEMON

It took the mechanic 3 1/2 weeks to contact me to bring my car in after me calling weekly then he was rude about it. I didnt bring my car in cause I really dont trust him. And there was no loaner vehicle available for me which is impossible cause my son is handicap and I need to be able to go to his school daily and dr appointments. The car takes off going down hill now without me pressing gas and that's after it revs to 4000rpms its scary. I loved this car when I first got it was so excited I did this on my own even though I was warned to not go to dealership without a man cause they would take advantage or sell you a piece of crap I try to always see good on people but I'm so disappointed in this purchase and scared to drive it. The transmission is not working correctly at all. But seems to not be important to anyone if I were to crash cause this car is taking off or worse ..my son cannot walk he has muscular dystrophy hes 190 pounds his legs dont work . So now I'm borrowing my sisters car cause the one I got made three payments on does not run correctly.

Very satisfied

I am very satisfied. I came in looking for a used work truck and they point me in they Wright direction. The dodge I bought runs perfect for what I needed it to. Otto's was very friendly and knowledgeable. He's made the whole process quick and easy
