Great experience

Everyone at short Redmond was very friendly & I'm glad I picked them to do business with ,I absolutely love my 2018 Ford Fiesta! It's amazing on gas going from Campbell county to Knoxville for work everyday

2017 Ford Taurus Limited

They were polite and courteous. The process was quick and efficient. Scott Stanfeild was help full and informative. He helped explain all the features of the car. We would buy here again.

shockingly surprised and pleased

I bought the TRUCK online when I picked it up. The sales manager has my truck cleaned inspected and changed my oil,and filter.. I had a safe trip home to Houston, Tx.. What more can I say. THANK YOU RICK

2011 Ford Edge

I bought the vehicle and three days later check ingen light came on and now I have to replace a cadalac converter, very expensive, thanks.

Everyone there was very nice and did everything to get me in my 2016 Chevy Equinox. I would recommend Dustin to family and friends.

Worst experience I have EVER had buying a car

The worst experience I have ever had buying a car and look back through my reviews. I am a very positive person, but this was insane. I had talked to them about a car, got them down to a price I could afford, and they agreed to honor it, the day before I confirmed everything, I took off work and scheduled a time to go and pick it up the next day. Got a call back the following morning, they had already sold it days ago and didnt realize it...... I was going to drive from Kentucky to get this car. I was so upset and they had another one on their lot that was $517 more than the one I had agreed to get. I figured they would discount that one to get it close to the one I was going to get. Nope, we were over $1,000 off on that..... Now my wife and I are scrambling to get a new car because the rental that the car insurance company gave us (she was rear ended and totaled our current car) expires in a few days. Thanks a lot guys.

Amazing Service, Amazing Jeep!

Beyond happy with my Jeep Renegade! Matt was amazing and worked hard through a last minute hiccup. I drove four hours round trip to purchase this vehicle and I could not be happier!
