Short Redmond Ford Lafollette Tn

Had my first free oil change and tire rotation. The customer service manager was very nice and accommodating. The procedure didn?t take very long at all. After I left I realized that I had left my phone on the charger. I had my friend call back and retrieved it and held until my return.

My Car purchase

Bryan Worley was my sales person and he was very friendly, a bit pushy toward the end of the sale. If there is a next time I will do what I wanted to do in regards to removing things from my trade in as things got left behind, got most but not all. I had one encounter with the service manager (can't remember his name) and he was very courteous and explained things to me that I had questions on. As for rating the used car It is much too soon as I haven't been driving it enough to give a honest report.

Great experience

Everyone at short Redmond was very friendly & I'm glad I picked them to do business with ,I absolutely love my 2018 Ford Fiesta! It's amazing on gas going from Campbell county to Knoxville for work everyday

2017 Ford Taurus Limited

They were polite and courteous. The process was quick and efficient. Scott Stanfeild was help full and informative. He helped explain all the features of the car. We would buy here again.

shockingly surprised and pleased

I bought the TRUCK online when I picked it up. The sales manager has my truck cleaned inspected and changed my oil,and filter.. I had a safe trip home to Houston, Tx.. What more can I say. THANK YOU RICK

2011 Ford Edge

I bought the vehicle and three days later check ingen light came on and now I have to replace a cadalac converter, very expensive, thanks.
