My experience was outstanding inasmuch as I always hate to try to trade cars. In this case, however, all individuals involved with my transaction were as professional as they come. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car.

My First Buying Experience

Not honoring their advertised price
I saw a vehicle I liked online at an advertised price and took a picture of the price, so I got in contact with their online chat employee and she confirmed that the vehicle was available and even gave me the same price that was online so she was going to transfer me over to a sales person to get the process started. They called me and inmediately wanted me to do the credit app but could not give me a straight answer on the price and said they would get back with me, they never called so I called hours later and they wanted $4,000 more that the advertised price while blaming their marketing department and did not want to honor the price from a mistake that was made by them. Its a sorry way to do business in my opinion.

Best car buying experience, ever!
I am not a fan of the car lot experience, until now. From the moment we were greeted, we felt no pressure at all and were told to ask if we needed anything. Two sales people assisted us in our buying process, as our sales person was new and needed some assistance. We dealt with George and Jon (John) and they were absolutely fantastic! Most enjoyable car buying experience, ever! Would recommend this dealership, to anyone!

Buying a new car
We just bought a 2018 Taurus great experience! From the minute we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiling faces. Our salesman Mr. Jonh Wrinkle was very knowledgeable and patience he helped us decide on the best vehicle for our needs. We got a great deal with incentives and great financing rates! My husband and I are bought retired from Ford so we are knowledgeable about Ford and we would both recommend you go see John Wrinkle if your looking for a vehicle.

Scott Givens was great but not cleaning team.
Had a great experience with Scott Givens. He made it easy in my purchase of my vehicle. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 is that my car was given to me very dirty. The underneath of the seats was super dirty. Cup holders hadn’t been clean out either. I found Lighters, reciepts, and candy under my seats

Great Service before and after purchase!
Treated fair before our purchase of our brand new 2015 Ford Pick up, and almost 3 years after still get beyond and above great service on our F150 Pick up Truck!! I recommend them! You are not forgotten like most will do and because your not youbwill return to purchase another and recommend that your friends and family do! Check them out before driving and searching!
