Service department has no experience

Took my truck in for some warranty work had it A week still No direction where to go on it I was told that they needed a tool to do a test on it ordered on a Friday after having it a week ford factory was not called in on this for there input this is not the way to do business just for the record I am technician myself so I know when I am being told things just make look like they are working on it going to take it to another dealership and call ford factory

We had a awesome experience from beginning to end!! Travis Capps was amazing and found exactly what I was looking for and would not stop until he did!! The buying process was very easy and all the staff was super sweet!!

Awesome customer service and relations!

The entire experience from start to finish was above and beyond! It started with my call with the salesman Annette it was an easy conversation and she went up and beyond to get me photos and information i needed to making the hour drive to the dealership worth my while. At the time we arrived we found that Annette was with another customer but she made things easy and had us work with John. John had never pushed or made anything uneasy. He made the deal with the jeep very easy and pushed for the best outcome. I was very impressed how this all turned out I would use either of these salesman again in a heart beat especially Annette which was the reason i made the trip up to the dealer. Very good customer service all around! Also have to give the financial dept notice as they were very easy to work with and did a great job!
