Very friendly and helpful

They had the perfect car for me!

I drove 2.5 hours to Short Redmond because they had the exact car I wanted. Since I told them when I would arrive, they had the car clean and out front waiting for me. They treated me well and had me back on the road in my new car in no time. I will be back when I need a new car

Recalled - oops, wrong part.

Made an appointment three weeks for a recall repair. Waited two hours only to be told they did not have the correct part. Um, you had three weeks to get the correct part. It?s been a week and have not heard back from the service department. Very disappointing!

Prompt oil change service.

Great and prompt service! Also, it was "Spa" Day! Had a massage, manicure, and went home with Valentine chocolates and free T-Shirt!

Best place to buy a car
