Love my new F-150

Drove from South Carolina

Found my escape online, worked the entire deal with sales manager Brian. Showed up to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday and the dealership was very busy. Manager didn't push me off on a salesperson, took care of me quickly and professionally. Very happy

Great Service and Friendly Staff

I had a big project in the works over the past 2 years to get a new engine for my truck. I have taken my F-150 to Short-Redmond Ford plenty of times before and the Service Staff, and Parts Deparment are excellent. I had the engine replaced last week and they did a great job, they kept me up to speed on anything that needed replacing, and when to do it.I will recommend this place to everyone that know that needs work done to their vehicles. A big Thank You to the Service Staff and Parts Department at Short-Redmond Ford, for their hard work. I am very happy with their work and my truck runs great, it?s like a brand new truck again.
