A Great place to buy a vehicle!

I was in need of a good quality used car and my brother recommended Short-Redmond Ford. So glad he did! Wes helped me out and was extremely nice and professional!! I had a highly positive experience. Would definitely go there again! If you need a new or used car, definitely go there!! They can help you get into one at a price you can afford! Thank you to everyone involved for making it happen! Yes, it’s a very good place if you need a vehicle to buy

Yes, it’s a very good place if you need a vehicle to buy and the little salesman, he was great to work with, but they was just one thing and I noticed a probably would have brought to your house tension and I’m not really really fond of it was in the front The black strip that goes across the front of the car and not really satisfied with that. Somebody has really done some mess on that that’s just something I’m not used to, and it stands out.

I would recommend Anthony to work with on your next purchase of a vehicle. He is professional, honest and knowledgeable. He makes sure he is aware of what is important to you in a vehicle and does an excellent job in finding the perfect match. I must mention Kathy and David as well. Terrible Customer Service!!!

I called to make an offer on a 2016 Tahoe. The sale person said she would ask her manager, after she came back to the phone she said her sales manager said I was ridiculous to make my offer, without even have ever come to phone and speak to me. If this is how they treat customers I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever go to this dealership. My offer was 25,000 cash on a 30,000 Tahoe. I don’t believe that to be unreasonable at all. I really hope no one will ever consider them for their future vehicle purchases!!

Two days after purchasing vehicle, noticed that

Two days after purchasing vehicle, noticed that windshield was cracked. Let sales person know that the windshield is cracked and I was told that we could not get it fixed because we drove it off the lot. Taking care of customers was always a high priority in my profession. I would have love to trade my truck in on another vehicle but to worried about being treated like this again!!!!
