Bought a $45k truck.

Bought a $45k truck. It was very hard to see on sunny days but the back half of the truck had been painted and was a different color. Contacted them within a few days of buying and were not willing to help at all. Disappointing to say the least when you spend that much. Just wanted them to make the truck match all over. Just the two sides of the bed.

Review of Short-Redmond Ford

I had a very pleasurable experience while at the dealership buying my vehicle, salesman was more than helpful, buying process very easy and they made sure I was taken care of well while at the dealership, however sadly 2 days after i had bought my vehicle the air conditioning went out completely, I called the dealership and spoke to the salesman that sold me the vehicle, he made a couple calls and said he would call me the following week to schedule an appointment for me, that was the last I?ve heard from him, no further communication, I called one other time to follow up and was told he was not there. I?m going to deal with it myself and incur the cost, I am not one to complain so I will not bother them any more, I?m sure they are busy but I did spend over $40k and think it would have been nice to at least figure out the issue.

This place will not stand behind what they sell I got a

This place will not stand behind what they sell I got a car with less then 30,000 miles on it and it broke down on the way home and they told me the car is “as is” which I understand but I payed 35k and this place would help at all also they never told me about the extended warranty and they rushed me when I got there so I didn’t have time to look the car over before purchasing and my sales guy was having a baby at the same time and was rushing me his name is TJ so I agreed to the car and I didn’t even make it home before I had to tow it and I call the dealership back and they told me to get lost. If I were you I’d look somewhere else this isn’t a dealership it’s a scam

Purchased 2015 GMC Sierra Denali

I purchased a 2015 gmc Sierra Denali from Short-Redmond Ford and the overall experience was very nice, the person assisting me through the buying process TJ Brown was more than helpful and made sure I was taken care of at every turn, I will definitely check in with them when I?m ready for another vehicle.

they sold to me a dodge charger r/t with a clean title ,

they sold to me a dodge charger r/t with a clean title , after i received the car and got it inspected by florida local dealership , my local dealership said this car is fraud and is a death car as the frame has a major damage and can not be sold to any one , i called short-redmond ford , which said that they know about that and they can pay me half of what i paid !
